Do the mega T green tea pills actually work? Anyone? I’ve used them before, but not with diet and exercise. And while I had some very bad habits going on… so I’m not sure if it was THOSE that were helping or.. something else.
Elliptical time! I love my mom for buying one.. seriously. We have that and a treadmill, my cardio is on LOCK :D
